Custom Radio Box Kit

Need a custom size radio box? Can't find anything to fit your application?

 
We have the solution!

Simply fill in the measurements and select the lid material, and we will custom cut a radio box for you.
 
Radio box kit is made up of 1/8 ply for all parts except the lid. That is a 1/16 ply frame, and either a 1/16 ply or Lexan lid.
 
Kit is shipped ready to assemble, and we recommend Titebond III for assembly, along with epoxy finishing resin for sealer.
 
Notes:
Maximum size in any dimension is 8 inches.
Square or rectangular boxes only. If you need a tapered or multi level box, contact us.
All measurements are outside, except height. Height is inside dimension.
Opening will be 1 inch smaller than box size, due to lips on the inside.
 
We also offer an option for an "outie", which has the tape rails on the outside of the box.
Choose "Innie" or "Outie". Default is "Innie".
