Shipping & Returns

We usually always ship the same business day if we receive your order before 2 pm eastern time.
If we are really busy, it may go out the very next day, never longer unless you approve it.

Note that the weight listed on our products may be dimentional weight.
This is done because shipping is based on weight and size.

We use USPS and FedEx for all of our domestic shipping. We always try to use the fastest and least expensive method as a service to you. You can always request a different service (next day, express mail, etc) from us.

For US shipments:

For small orders (under 15 ounces), we use USPS First Class Mail.
This is called "Low Weight $3.95" on our website.*
This usually takes 4-7 days to reach you.

For heavier orders, we usually use USPS Priority Mail.
This is called "Medium Weight $7.95" on our website.*
This usually takes 1-3 days to reach you.

If your order is over $80, shipping is free.*

If your order contains anything over 18 inches long, or over a pound (by itself), regular USPS shipping fees apply.
This includes all kits, long brass tubing, epoxy, batteries, etc.

You can always choose any shipping method you like.

For kits and other large packages, we use FedEx Ground. This usually takes 2-7 days to reach you.
We also give you the option to use USPS Priority Mail for even faster service.

For international shipments:

We use USPS International Priority and Express Mail
Some of the small orders may be able to go into a smaller package. If so, we will automatically refund any savings to you.
