Shipping

We usually always ship the same business day if we receive your order before 2 pm eastern time.
If we are really busy, it may go out the very next day, never longer unless you approve it.

Note that the weight listed on our products may be dimentional weight.
This is done because shipping is based on weight and size.

We use USPS and FedEx for all of our shipping. We always try to use the fastest and least expensive method as a service to you. You can always request a different service (next day, express mail, etc) from us.

For US shipments:

For hardware, we use USPS First Class Mail . This usually takes 4-7 days to reach you.
You can upgrade to USPS Priority Mail. This takes 2-3 days to reach you.

For kits and other large packages, we use FedEx Ground. This usually takes 2-7 days to reach you.
We also give you the option to use USPS Priority Mail for even faster service.

For international shipments:

We use only USPS International Priority and Express Mail.
Some of the small orders may seem to have a high shipping price. This is due to the way USPS calculates rates.

Many times this shipping price is higher than it actually is.
We will automatically refund the difference in actual shipping prices.
