All of the JAE series of boats were designed by IMPBA Hall of Fame member Rod Geraghty and David Hall. They were devoloped by Ron Zaker Jr. and Martin Truex Jr.

The JAE series of hulls are the next generation of high performance hydroplanes and hold many world records.

This new JAE 21OB is based on the popular 21G2 inboard.

Designed for any 3.5cc (.21) outboard, the 21OB is by far the easiest outboard hydro to setup and run.
There are no adjustments needed. No engine angle or depth adjustments at all. Just set it and forget it!

The kit is CAD designed and Laser cut from 100% birch plywood.

All necessary parts to build the complete hull are included including:

All Birch Ply
All Laser cut foam
Aluminum Turn Fin with screws
Carbon Fiber Boom Tubes
Aluminum Boom Tube Sleeves
5/16 Boom Tube Collars (4)
Photo Illustrated 36 Page Manual

The kit is easy to build thanks to our industry leading spiral bound instruction/setup manual.
All steps are clearly described and illustrated.

Required to complete:

3.5cc outboard engine
2 channel radio w/ one high torque std. size servo
6-8 ounce fuel tank and lines
Steering and throttle pushrods
Pushrod seals
42-44mm prop
