We usually always ship the same business day if we receive your order before 2 pm eastern time.
If we are really busy, it may go out the very next day, never longer unless you approve it.
We ALWAYS refund any excess shipping. Since we always select the least expensive option, we will automatically refund you any overage.
Note that the weight listed on our products may be dimensional weight.
This is done because shipping is based on weight and size.
We use USPS, UPS and FedEx for all of our domestic shipping. We always try to use the fastest and least expensive method as a service to you (even if you selected a different way). You can always request a different service (next day, express mail, etc) from us.
Note that none of the shipping companies offer a delivery guarantee.
If it says next day, and it takes 3 days, they don't care.
Please know that we have zero control of a package once it leaves here.
If your package is late, we cannot refund you anything.
If your package is lost, we can help, and will re-ship.
For US shipments:
For small orders (under 15 ounces), we offer USPS First Class Mail.
This is called "USPS First Class $5.95" on our website.*
This usually takes 5-20 days to reach you.
For heavier orders, we offer UPS or FedEx.
This is called "Best Way $9.95" on our website.
We select the least expensive of the 2 shippers.
For even heavier orders, we offer "UPS 2 $14.95"
These usually takes 2-7 days to reach you.
If your order contains anything over 18 inches, or over a pound (by itself), shipping costs will be higher.
This includes all kits, long brass tubing, epoxy, batteries, etc.
You can always choose any shipping method you like.
For kits and other large packages, we use UPS or FedEx Ground. This usually takes 2-7 days to reach you.
We now offer local pickup for $5.00. If you are in the Ocala/Dunnellon area, you can now select Local Pickup. There is a $5.00 fee for this, payable at pickup.

We use UPS Worldwide and Express Mail.
We are no longer shipping to the UK. We simply cannot spend the time needed to collect and forward VAT. Sorry.
