The Kit itself is not too bad, there is a problem with the instructions being not that clear. for a first-time builder it will be a bit hard to follow and the parts are not marked clear to tell what ones to use at times. I also ordered their strut and flex cable, the bushing for the strut was a very thin and cheap piece of brass to copy a Speedmaster bushing, I did not use this. The quality of the strut bracket was also just a cheap piece of aluminum and does not give you much confidence. Now the real issue, customer service. When sent a message about the Center of gravity ( that is not discussed or mentioned in the ), i was informed that " The CG is not critical. We usually shoot for the back of the sponson. As long as it is on the turn fin, you should be good. If it is too far forward, the rear will hop down the straights." How do they not know where the CG should be? But the bigger issue is there is no photos or instructions showing where or how to install the Speed control that they recommend the Flycolor 90A is perfect they said when contacted about this their answer was to send me photos of there install that was great i thought but, there photos show a Turngy 90A ESC not the Flycolor 90A that is to wide to be mounted on the side of the hull as there photos shown. When asked about they said they would get back to me. no response from them in over 20 days and counting. Why would you recommend a Flycolor 90A ESC on the webpage of the boat saying that "It's Perfect" when it does not fit as shown in the photos sent to me. Bottom line their customer service is very poor. they complained to me that there is only 2 of them now working there and there doing the best they can. and it is clear by firsthand both of them are unsure of what they are doing not being able to answer just the simplest of questions. They need to do better if Thay are going to stay in business, Imo. We will see if they will post this review if you read the review page they say, "NOTE: Reviews require prior approval before they will be displayed." This an honest review and i have all the emails to back up everything i am saying. so i will also post this review in other places just in case. I have asked them to respond before i posted this and they told me "I’m sorry that you feel the way you do. We try very hard to be honest and transparent about everything we do. This company is down to two people; My (retired) wife (the owner) and myself. We are doing 110% of what we can. You do what you think is right, we will too." This is not Customer Service this is Arrogance. Now you know the truth.
